EACH NEW HOME PURCHASE INCLUDES:

• Site evaluation - to determine any issues with transportation and placement of your new home.
• Delivery of the home ot the job site.
• Craning the home on the foundation wall, full basement or crawlspace. (in lieu of crane, the installation of concrete footers for pier set homes.)
• Completion of the entire exterior of the home: shingles, soffit, fascia and siding.
• Completion of interior: drywall, carpet and trim.
• Cleaning the inside of the home.
• Connecting the water and sewer lines to the source inside or under the home.
• Heat tape and insulation on all pier set homes.
• On modulars, the completion and connection of all water and drain plumbing.

WARRANTIES

Lycoming Valley Homes provides one-year coverage on drywall and will at no-charge, repair screw pops, corner bead, cracks, etc. for one time at the anniversary of the home possession.
All Colony and Pennwest homes have a full year warranty and a 10-year limited structural warranty.
All furnaces, appkiances, faucets, smoke detectors, etc. are covered by the manufacturer of the item for one full year.
